Life can be overwhelming. Whether you’ve faced traumatic experiences, ongoing anxiety, or the deep ache of grief, these struggles can feel heavy, especially when carried in silence. At Hope4U, we’re creating safe, compassionate spaces where you can feel heard, supported, and understood — no judgement, no pressure.
Our PTSD, Grief and Anxiety Help Workshop is coming soon. This group program is open to anyone who needs it, offering practical tools, emotional support, and connection in a respectful and welcoming environment. Sessions are guided by trained facilitators and peer mentors with lived experience, so you’re never alone on the journey.
What the workshop will explore
PTSD
Understand how trauma impacts the brain and body, and learn practical ways to manage triggers. Find safety in shared experiences and support in recovery.
Grief
Grief takes many forms – the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or changes in your life that shift your sense of self. This space honours your grief and helps you move through it, in your own way, surrounded by compassion.
Anxiety
Explore how anxiety shows up in daily life, and learn tools to manage both the emotional and physical symptoms. Together, we look at ways to ease the mental load and build resilience.

Ready When You Are: Counselling Services Available
Our counselling sessions provide gentle, trauma-informed support for those experiencing abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and domestic or family violence. We are here to listen, support, and walk beside you in your healing journey.
While we do not offer acute crisis counselling, our sessions are designed to create a safe and confidential space for ongoing emotional support and recovery.
Appointments are available in 30-minute sessions
Walk-ins are welcome for brief 15-minute check-ins
